Dear Family and Friends,
We hope this letter finds you all well. We have had a busy fall at the Oasis with three short term teams, and a full house at the Oasis during nearly every event. Many people have come through the Oasis from Afghanistan (mostly men and by far the greatest number in the camp), Chechnya (families), Georgia (families), Serbia, Montenegro, Somalia, Nigeria, Kosovo, and many other countries. Many are learning about Jesus for the first time and are able to ask questions freely. This past week I was told that there is only one Afghani believer in the camp, yet we still have a full house for our programs that teach more about who Jesus is. We hope our ministry plants seeds in the lives of these men, women, and children.
It’s hard to believe, but we are nearing the end of our two year term in Austria. We will be finishing up here next January and will be returning to the US then. We are thankful for our time here and all of the lives we’ve been able to be a part of through the Oasis ministry. Over two years, we’ve seen hundreds and hundreds of people walk through the doors of the Oasis. While we haven’t shared a similar language or background with many, we were able to show them love through their time here. We have seen God transform the lives of many and have faith that many more will come to know him as seeds take root in their lives.
We will still be a part of International Teams from February –April as this is a time for us of repatriation and getting settled after being abroad for two years. We ask for your continued support during this time. Here is what our schedule looks like:

We would not have been able to be here if it wasn’t for you. You have been our support in so many ways, and for that we are very thankful. You have helped bring the word of Christ to those who have never had a chance to hear it.
Even though we are finishing up at the Oasis, the ministry is still going strong. We ask that you continue to keep this ministry in your prayers. Please continue to visit the Oasis webpage at http://oasis.iteams.org/ . Also, the Oasis is currently in the middle of a support raising campaign to make some much needed updates to the building, if you are interested in reading more about this please go to: http://oasis.iteams.org/opportunitieswarmwelcome.html .
We hope you have learned more about refugees throughout our time in Austria working at the Oasis and through our updates. Please continue to pray for those, both here in Austria, and throughout the world. Also, if you have the opportunity, we encourage you to take part in supporting refugees in your communities.
We look forward to seeing each of you when we return and to share about our experiences. We also look forward to introducing Caleb to so many of our family and friends back home! While we left for Austria as two, we are so very blessed that we are returning as three.
In Christ,
Dan, Regan and Caleb Peterson
